Purchase Orders - We understand that large companies usually prefer to issue purchase orders rather than using credit cards.  We accept purchase orders with NET 30 terms in most cases.  We do not accept purchase orders from companies outside the US or Canada.  Not too many companies on the internet are willing to accept purchase orders but our company does.

Manufacturer's Warranty – SerialComm offers a 5-year manufacturer's workmanship warranty.  Within a 5 year period from the time of purchase, if a rare event of a malfunction should occur; SerialComm will replace your product.  Fill out our RMA form and we will issue you a RMA number for return of your product.   We do not issue refunds after 30 days of purchase.

Same Day Shipping - We can deliver your product to you by the next morning if necessary via FEDEX.  We almost always have all our products in stock and make a trip to FEDEX every day at 7:30 PM to send our express shipments.  Expedited FEDEX options are offered during the checkout process for you convenience.

Certifications - All of SerialComm's products are CE, FCC, ISO 9001, and IAF certified and most are RoHS certified.  These certifications are an investment in our products as well as an indication that we offer quality products.
