TO FIBER OPTIC CONVERTER

The ETH-FIBER-MM-2 is a high quality Multi-Mode 10/100/1000M Ethernet to fiber optic media converter or Adaptive Gigabit Ethernet fiber optic converter, which provides one channel for media conversion between 10/100/1000BaseTX and 1000Base-SX/LX. The Multi-Mode media converter can extend the 10/100/1000M Ethernet distance to up to 1.2 miles (2 km). The ETH-FIBER-MM-2 is a plug and play unit featuring auto-negotiation for half or full-duplex and 10, 100 or 1000Mbps data rates, it also supports MDI (straight-through) and MDIX (crossover) cables, no DIP switch or jumper settings are required. 

The ETH-FIBER-MM-2 has a RJ45 for Ethernet connection and either ST type or SC type connectors for fiber optic links.  Free optional DIN rail mounts are available for this converter.  Separate external power supply is included in package.
