30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee which most companies do not offer. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product just return it. There will be no questions asked. Many applications are complicated and it is possible that the product does not work as you anticipated, so why should you be
stuck with the product. We will return the full value of the order minus shipping costs. We do not add restocking fees when returning
a product.

Technical Support - We offer phone and email technical support. If you need help selecting a product or are having problems
getting your system working, technical support could be an invaluable service.

Sales Support - We
offer phone sales and customer support. We accept
credit card orders over the phone. We will let you
know whether products are in stock and reassure you that
orders will ship same day if ordered with expedited
shipping. We offer many immediate customer support
functions which are not available with email support.

Purchase Orders
- We understand that large companies usually prefer to issue purchase orders rather than
using credit cards. We accept purchase orders with NET 30 terms in most cases. We do not accept purchase orders from
companies outside the US or Canada. Not too many companies on the internet are willing to accept purchase orders but our company does.

Manufacturer's Warranty –
SerialComm offers a 5-year
manufacturer's workmanship warranty. Within a 5 year
period from the time of purchase, if a rare event of a
malfunction should occur; SerialComm will replace your
product. Fill out our RMA form and we will issue you a
RMA number for return of your product. We do not
issue refunds after 30 days of purchase. |
Same Day Shipping -
We can deliver your product to you by the next morning if necessary via FEDEX. We almost always have all
our products in stock and make a trip to FEDEX every day at 7:30 PM to send our express shipments. Expedited FEDEX options
are offered during the checkout process for you convenience.
