RETURN INFORMATION
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY
Sima S. Enterprises LLC has a satisfaction guaranteed policy! You may return items sold by rs232-converters.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund by the same method in which payment was received. We do not reimburse shipping expenses. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items after 30 days unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In addition, we can only issue partial refunds for the return of any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts.
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY POLICY
Sima S. Enterprises LLC's manufacturer's warranties our products for up to 5 years from the time of purchase. You may return defective items sold by rs232-converters.com for an exchange of a new product. We do not reimburse shipping expenses. We also will not be able to refund the purchase price unless we are out of stock of the item being returned and cannot replace it. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you received is defective. In addition, we will not be able to perform an exchange if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts.
REFUND POLICY
We can process
returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and
fulfilled by rs232-converters.com. We will notify you via email
of your refund once we have received and processed the returned
item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment
originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our
receiving your return.
RETURN DIRECTIONS AND PROCEDURE
To return a product, please fill out the RMA Form below. Return the RMA form via fax or email. We will issue you a RMA Number. Place the RMA form in the package and also write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Return package to following address:
