We are a full service company offering a high quality converter at a low price.
We cannot claim we have the lowest priced converter on the market but we do offer a high quality converter for the lowest price considering our included services.
1) Quality - We offer high quality products from one highly respected manufacturer – Commfront Inc. We do not search worldwide for the cheapest possible converter and pass the savings to the customer. We strive to provide the best converter for the lowest price. Many customers are interfacing to expensive equipment and are looking for quality not cost savings.
2) Satisfaction Guarantee - We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee which most companies do not offer. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product just return it. There will be no questions asked. Many applications are complicated and it is possible that the product does not work as you anticipated, so why should you be stuck with the product. We will return the full value of the order minus shipping costs. We do not add restocking fees when returning a product.
3) Warranty – We are so confident in the quality of our converters that we offer a 3-year unconditional warranty on our products.
5) Technical Support - We offer phone and email technical support. If you need help selecting a product or are having problems getting your system working, technical support could be an invaluable service. This is a quote from our competitor’s site: “Besides our tech info webpage, which provide lots of technical help and advice on installation and use of our products, we do not provide technical support..” Why would you want to buy a product with no phone or email technical support available?
6) Certifications - We are in the process of certifying our products. All of our products are CE certified and some are FCC and RoHs certified. For example to have our products CE certified, CommFront Inc. spent over $30,000.00. These certifications are an investment in our products as well as an indication that we offer quality products.
7) Same Day Shipping - We can deliver your product to you by the next morning if necessary via FEDEX. We almost always have all our products in stock and make a trip to FEDEX every day at 7:30 PM to send our express shipments. Expedited FEDEX options are offered during the checkout process for you convenience.
8) Purchase Orders - We understand that large companies usually prefer to issue purchase orders rather than using credit cards. We accept purchase orders with NET 30 terms in most cases. We do not accept purchase orders from companies outside the US or Canada. Not too many companies on the internet are willing to accept purchase orders but our company does.
