Question 4: WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Answer: During checkout you will have the option to select your shipping requirement with the associated cost. We offer standard and express shipping from the United States Postal Service (USPS) as well as FEDEX. FEDEX is our preferred method of shipping. We ship all our FEDEX shipments the same day ordered at 7:30 PM EST for next day delivery.
STANDARD DELIVERY:
For standard delivery, we normally ship orders the next business day. Free shipping normally takes 5 to 7 days and does not include tracking information. USPS Priority shipping normally takes 2 to 3 business days and FEDEX ground normally takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. FEDEX ground orders are insured.
EXPRESS DELIVERY:
We offer same day shipment for USPS express and FEDEX express - first, priority, standard, two-day, and express saver shipment methods. FEDEX express shipping must be placed before 7:30 PM EST in order for it to be shipped the same day. If you prefer to use your FEDEX account rather then prepay and ship please call or place instructions in the special instructions box and we will adjust the order. Express shipping costs are not refundable once service is rendered. PO Box addresses are not accepted by FEDEX.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY:
We offer worldwide delivery through USPS and FEDEX. USPS delivery outside the US does not come with tracking and delivery is not guaranteed. FEDEX delivery is guaranteed and insured.
